Kitchen salt is one of the most common natural minerals and an excellent flavour enhancer.

Salt can be found in the form of marine salt, when drawn from sea water, or as rock salt when extracted from deposits where pre-historic seas once stood.
Kinder selection and quality control
At Kinder we use both sea and rock salt, refined and then subject to stringent quality controls. We use them in very little quantities in our products, just enough to enhance their natural flavour.
