By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
The prize draw is only open to residents of UK and ROI, aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
The Promotion will run from 00:01 on 3rd March 2025 to 23:59 on 4th May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Choose your preferred animal-themed destination you'd like to visit if you win from the list provided.
One entry per person and per household.
One Prize per person and per household.

Prizes: There are 250 x Prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period. Prizes include:
50 x tablets: Winners will be able to choose between Apple Ipad (10.9”,64GB) or Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE (128 GB, 19.9”)- each worth up to £500.
200 x family days out voucher from the selection across the UK, for 2 adults and 2 children (up to age 15), worth up to £200.

Vouchers cannot be used on special event days.
Vouchers are valid until 31st October 2025 (inclusive).
The Prize includes entrance tickets only; transportation and spending money are not included.
Winners and guest(s) acknowledge that this prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promotor and the ticket provider, and that they must comply with all such terms and conditions.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The winners will be contacted via email within 28 days from the end of the Promotional Period and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. Winners will then have 10 business days to respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winners do not respond to the Promoter within this time, they will forfeit their Prize and the Promoter shall select other winner(s) at random from all remaining valid entries.
Prize Delivery: For the tablet Prize, winners should allow up to 28 days for delivery (via courier) from the date of tablet selection. For the family days out Prize, we will request the preferred visit dates, the number of attendees, and their ages. Once these details are provided, winners should allow up to 7 working days to receive their entrance tickets via email. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in Prize delivery.
Mop Up Draw: a mop up draw will take place on 3rdAugust 2025, 3 months after the closing date to facilitate any late entries due to promotional packs still being in the market. 10 winners shall be selected at random and shall each receive a family days out voucher for 2 adults and 2 children (up to age 15), worth up to £200. (Prize Conditions: vouchers cannot be used on special event days; vouchers are valid until 31stOctober 2025(inclusive), and Prize includes entrance tickets only; transportation and spending money are not included.)
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
The winner must, at the Promoter’s request and discretion, participate in reasonable promotional activity including a case study, and publicity and photography surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of Prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason the Prize winners do not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of the Prize will be randomly selected.
Any entries that the Promoter considers in their absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion.
The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major Prize winners to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address provided no later than 28 days after the end of the promotion.
If a winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter at the address provided. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to competent authorities, including the Advertising Standard Authority, on request.
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
By entering this Promotion, you give the Promoter and its agencies your consent to process your personal data for the purpose of conducting this promotion only and in its accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at https://www.kinder.com/uk/en/privacy-policy. The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion, fulfilling the prize or communicating with entrants.
