INSTRUCTIONS

1. Print out the template of the name tag shapes and cut them out. 

2. Help your child to write their name on the name tag. 

3. Punch a hole at the top of the name tag in the designated area using a hole puncher.

4. Cut a piece of ribbon to a designed length and thread the piece of ribbon through the punched hole.

5.  Tie the ribbon onto your child’s bag with the name tag secured on.
